My favorite thing about Halloween is that my small town all gets together and decorates the park trail with carved pumpkins. Volunteers give out candy and hot chocolate and the night is topped off with fireworks!

My favorite thing about Halloween is totally the candy. This is our second year in our house so I'm excited to be able to pass out candy again. Previously we always lived in apartments so we never had anyone stop by(but we still bought a bucket's worth of candy for ourselves, of course!). Seeing all of the neighbor kids dress up in their cute costumes and say "trick or treat" is just the best thing ever.
